Steamed ginger chicken

Recepies:
4 boneless chicken legs
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 inch piece ginger,grated
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp sesame oil
10 garlic cloves,chopped

Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add lemon juice,ginger,garlic ,salt and black pepper powder and mix.
Set aside to marinate for fiften minutes.
Heat water in a steamer.Place the marinated chicken pieces in a slotted pan. Keep the slotted pan in the steamer,cover and steam till the chicken is cooked.
